Our company founder accumulated 30 years of Lean experience since firstly joining Toyota Manufacturing UK Ltd. in 1991, where he trained at Toyota's Global HQ in Japan and worked in many areas of the business. Since founding Applex Management Ltd in 2010, he has worked with many clients in many industry sectors. Our associates are similarly experienced.
As such, we are well versed in the principles and techniques of the Toyota Production System, Toyota Way, Standardised Work, Kaizen and all other aspects of Lean.
